The 5th Annual Visual Arts Competition theme will be launched on Presidents Day, February 16, 2026. This is for all students in grades 3-12 living in Whitman County, WA. Check back then for all the information..

This program is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Pullman’s Education Fund, serving all of Whitman County and is also supported by Neill Public and Whitman County Libraries.
