Elder Caregiving Study

Program: Delegates at the 2023 LWVWA convention adopted the Elder Caregiving Study and the Immigration and Immigrant Integration Study as a Program of Work. The study and consensus questions have been approved by the LWVWA Board and are ready for our local League to review for the consensus meeting. Links to the studies are listed here.

Our League’s Consensus meeting for the Elder Caregiving Study is scheduled for SATURDAY, JANUARY 18TH at 10:00, Neill’s Coffee & Ice Cream. The questions will generate an important conversation!

Expected timeline for the Immigration Study:
1/16-23 - Study & Consensus questions to local leagues
Feb/March - Local leagues host consensus meeting and submit responses
Mar 28 - Deadline for Local League boards to submit their League’s consensus
National League - Federal Judiciary Study
