Paige Collins, Executive Director of the Council on Aging and Human Services presented with Noel Nicolai, PhD, Healthier Communities Coordinator, Pullman Regional Hospital. The discussion focused on self-empowerment, simple lifestyle changes, planning for aging in place, and other resources to support healthy living and longevity that can assist in sustaining a high quality of life.
